本文以“学以致用”为目的，阐述了进行“测量教改”的必要性，提出了教改的内容和对策，且在教学实践中受到了学生的好评。
The necessity of surveying teaching reform is expounded,and the contentsand measures of teaching reform are put forward for the purpose of application. It is wellreceived by the students in teaching practice.
