摘要
本文简明扼要地介绍了铝及铝合金管、棒、型、线材的生产技术与主要工艺装备的发展现状与趋势,重点论述了铝及铝合金挤压生产、管材冷轧生产、拉伸生产以及管、棒、型、线材的热处理和精整矫直等方面的发展特点、水平、产品品种、工艺技术、工模具技术及设备状态。由于科学技术进步,经济的高速发展与人民生活水平的不断提高,对铝及铝合金管、棒、型、线材产品提出了越来越高的要求,近几十年来,国内外的生产技术与装备也获了长足的发展并达到了相当高的水平。
The production technizues of pipe, bar, shape, wire stocks of aluminum and aluminum alloy and development condition of chief technological ezuipments were introduced in this papey. The szueezing production process of aluminum and aluminum alloy,cold rolling and tensile process of pipe stocks and the developing process of the thermal treatment and straightening technologies of pipe, bar, shape, wire stocks etc, were emphatically discussed. With the progress of science and technizue, high-speed development of national economy, and continuous increase of people＇s living standard, different higher rezuirements for pipe, bar,shape and wire stocks of aluminum and aluminum alloy are proposed. For a number of years, there is a giant progress in the production technizues of aluminum and aluminum alloy and technological ezuipments at home and abroad.
