摘要
企业环境行为是指企业将其外部环境不经济性内部化所采取行动的外在表现。文章基于2000-2005年淮河流域安徽段工业企业的经验数据,对其环境行为状况进行了实证研究。研究发现,淮河流域工业企业利润、企业废水和废气的排放量对企业环境行为的影响是正向且在统计上是显著的,企业环境行为正在由消极环境管理向积极环境保护转变,环境意识正在由"先污染、后治理"向"边污染、边治理"转变。虽然针对淮河流域水污染治理方针政策的实施已取得了显著的效果,但还存在着淮河流域工业企业对工业废气的治理重视不够等问题。
Enterprises＇ environmental behavior is defined as the external behavior ot the enterprises＇ taking action to make environment＇s negative externalities internalized. Based on empirical data from industrial enterprises in Huaihe River near Anhui Province between 2000 and 2005, this paper makes an empirical research on the enterprise＇s environmental behavior. Results of the empirical research show that such factors as the firm＇s profit, industrial sewage and waste gas have a significantly positive impact on enterprise＇s environmental behavior, which is varying from passive environmental management to active environmental management, and that the enterprise＇s environmental awareness is switching from ＂Pollution First, Treatment Later＂ to ＂Pollution and Treatment Simultaneously＂. Some environmental policies have a remarkable effect on controlling water pollution in Huaihe River valley and industrial enterprises are enhancing the control of water pollution. However, industrial enterprises haven＇t yet paid adequate attention to controlling industrial waste gas.
