摘要
研究了AZ31B镁合金正挤压工艺与模具的设计,试验结果表明AZ31B镁合金经400℃-16h均匀化退火后,在挤压温度为250℃~450℃、挤压比为20的工艺条件下,能挤出具有较高表面质量的制品,而且随着锭坯温度的增加,变形抗力峰值减少,较挤压前能获得比较致密的组织和良好的力学性能。
Forward extrusion technology and dies of AZ31B magnesium alloy are studied. The experiment shows that AZ31B stock, which has been homogenized at 400℃ holding for 16 hours and then extruded at 250℃- 450℃ and 20 extruding ratio,can be extruded to be product with good surface quality. With the improvement of the ingot casting temperature,the extrusion pressure decreases ,at the same time ,it can obtain compact structures and nicer mechanical property.
