摘要
目的:观察紫茜胶囊对慢性特发性血小板减少性紫癜(CITP)患者骨髓巨核细胞及外周血细胞因子IL-4的影响,进而探讨紫茜肢囊治疗ITP的作用机理。方法:将CITP患者分为紫茜胶囊治疗组和升血小板胶囊对照组,观察治疗前后骨髓巨核细胞及IL-4变化情况。结果:CITP患者,治疗后血小板计数升高,骨髓原、幼巨核和颗粒巨核细胞明显减少,产板巨核细胞明显增多,IL-4水平下降。结论:紫茜胶囊具有促进巨核细胞成熟,提高血小板计数,调节IL-4水平的作用。
Objective:To observe changes of megakaryocyte and interleykin -4 in chronic idiopathic thrombocyopenic purpura(CITP)treated with ZiQian capsule,and investigate the possible mechanism of ZiQian capsule on idiopatiic thrombocytopenic purpura(ITP).Methods:patients with CITP were divided into 2 groups,the treated group treated with ZiQian capsule of megakaryocyte and interleykin-4 were observed before and after treat- ment.Rusults:The platelet decreased,megakaryoblast and promegakary- ocyte and gramular megakaryocyte elevated,without thrombocytogenous megakaryocyte,interleykin-4 levels obvious ascend of CITP patient before promegakarygcyte and gramular megakaryocyte decreased,thrombocytoge- nous megakaryocyte incressed,interleykin-4 levels decrased.Conclu- sion:It shows ZiQian capsule has the function that promoting maturity of megakaryocyte,increases platelet,adjust interleykin-4 Jevels.
