摘要
文章根据夏热冬冷地区的建筑气候特征和建筑节能对板式住宅体型系数的要求,从采光通风、视线干扰、热交换、技术经济等方面对两种不同体型系数的板式住宅户型进行了对比研究,提出了夏热冬冷地区的板式住宅建筑不应该过分地强调体型系数控制的观点。
Based on building climate characteristics and building energy-saving requirements on slab-type apartment housing in an area which is hot in summer and cold in winter, the article compares two slab-type apartment houses of different shape coefficients in regard to lighting, ventilation, sight interference, heat exchange and technical economy and puts forward a point that such houses should not excessively emphasize the control of shape coefficient.
