摘要 大量临床试验的结果表明,褪黑素具有抗肿瘤、抗氧化、增强机体免疫力和清除体内自由基等多种重要的生理和药理作用。介绍了褪黑素功能食品的研究进展情况,为进一步研究和开发褪黑素功能食品提供相关的理论参考。 Large number of clinical experiments show that the melatonin has many important pharmaceutical and physiological effects including anti-tumor, antioxidative, immunity enhancement, and high-efficient scavenging of free radicals inside. In this paper, the development of researches on melatonin as function food is introduced and it offers the reference for farther study of exploring ideal function food of melatonin.
