摘要
农民工问题大多与企业社会责任的低运行状态有因果关系,企业社会责任的履行对于解决农民工问题具有基础性的作用。如果企业作为用工主体不能有效化解微观层面的农民工问题,则大部分农民工问题就会演化和升级为宏观的社会问题。只有加强企业高层管理者的道德自律和价值观进化,催生企业管理阶层的形成,才能走出企业低社会责任的陷阱,增强企业的持续竞争力。
The problem of agriculture worker have the causality with the responsibility of enterprises at low func- tioning.Doing the enterprises duty have the basic role to resolve the problem of agriculture worker.As the main recruitment body,if the enterprises did not effective resolve the problem of agriculture worker at micro- cosmic level,the problem of agriculture worker would evolve and upgrade to the macro-social problem. Only strengthen the ethics self-discipline and value evolution of the entrepreneur,expedite the manage- ment class of enterprises to be formed,the enterprises will go out of the low trop of enterprises responsibility and strength the sustainable competitive power
