摘要
国际贸易的政治和贸易互动性主要表现为立法互动、执法互动、司法互动等三方面。从国际贸易法背后的政治环境来考察政治和贸易的互动关系,可以为我们在国际贸易中找准国际贸易行为准则,并充分和灵活地运用它。
This paper discusses the interactions between politics and trade in the international trade with legislature, law enforcement and judicature interplaying closely with each other. A full review of the interactive relation of the politics and trade enables a thorough and flexible use of international trade norms and practices.
