摘要
分析了成都市突发公共卫生事件应急指挥信息系统的需求,阐述了如何基于数字城市空间信息基础设施,利用网络地理信息系统技术(WebGIS)来整合数字城市信息化资源以及公共卫生专题资源,建设城市突发公共卫生事件应急指挥系统的总体设计和技术实现。
This paper analyzed the response decision system＇ s of Chengdu public health emergency and presented the general design and technical implementation.The response decision information system included building communication network, collecting and constructing spatial database infrastructure, data mining and analysis, information publishing and sharing and so on. Based on digital city＇s information infrastructure and thematic resource of public health,WebGIS technology and the integration technology of data and information source were used to construct the response decision system of public health emergency.
