摘要
文章作者认为，优化资本结构对地勘单位的生存与发展具有十分重要的意义。文章从其他行业的财务状况分析入手，结合地矿行业特点及现状提出了地勘单位理想的资本结构模式，并阐述了优化地勘单位资本结构的途径。
The author of the paper believes that to optimize the capital structure has great significance forgeological prospecting units to make living and to develop themselves. From the analyses on financial situation inother industrial lines and considering the current situation and characteristics of geological and mineral prospecting units, the paper puts forward thc ideal capital structure mode for geological prospecting units. Finally, the approachesto optimize the capital structure are introduced.
