摘要
文章作者认为，在地勘产业格局基本定住的情况下，实现经济增长方式转变的关键是：一是从体制上向企业推进，实行完善的企业机制；二是在提高生产要素整体素质与优化配置上下功夫，处理好速度与效益补延与内涵的关系。文章结合有色地质部门的实际，从找矿主业，矿业开发以及勘察施工业等几个方面对此进行了详细阐述。
The author of this paper thinks that after the layout of geological prospecting industry has fixed, the keys for change - over of economic growing mode are: 1) to push forward the system change - over towards the profitable enterprise to realize complete and perfect enter-prise system; 2) to work hard to increase production elements and optimize configuration, so as to handle well the relationship between speed and efficiency as well as expansion and connotation. By combining the actual situation in nonferrous metals geoogical prospecting units, detailed descrip-tions are made on explordtion of minerals, mineral prospecting and the construction of explo-ration.
