摘要
善于不断学习是学习型企业的本质特征,完整的学习平台是学习型企业建设的必要条件。企校合作发挥高校的教育资源优势,对学习型企业建设具有重要的现实意义。本文提出了企校合作共建学习型企业的策略建议。
The essential character of learning-enterprise is continual studying,which means a intergrated system for studying is indispensable for the construction.This paper analyzes the importance of cooperation between enterprises and universities,and makes some suggestion for cooperation in the end.
