摘要
20世纪80年代,在风靡西方世界的新公共管理浪潮面前,法国没有盲从,而是结合自身国情,进行了积极稳健、颇有成效的改革。本文通过对法国公共行政改革的特点和原因分析,聚焦其现实意义,希望对我国改革和发展有所裨益。
Based on the national conditions, France＇s public administration reforms went on steadily and acquired the results without following the current of new public management blindly in 1980s. France public administration reforms can be used for many references for us since the similar characteristics between two the national conditions of China and France. The thesis focuses on the characteristics and reasons of France reforms, especially it＇ s actual significance in order to find out the enlightenments to the China reforms and development at present and in future.
