摘要
随着船舶检验工作的日益复杂,人工管理方式已愈来愈显示出其劣势。为此,在对船检业务充分调研的基础上总结了船舶检验的管理技术,同时,设计了船舶检验管理系统,并总结了系统特点和关键技术。
As more and more complicacy of shipping inspecting work, the manual management is increasingly reduced to inferiority. For this reason, on the basis of full investigation of shipping inspection business the paper sums up the management techniques for shipping inspection, simultaneously designs the management system for it, moreover sums up features for the system and key techniques.
