模拟心室驱动曲线变化对机械瓣流体动力学性能影响

摘要 目的研究在生理条件下模拟心室驱动曲线变化对机械瓣流体动力学性能的影响,为合理评价机械瓣流体动力学性能提供实验依据。方法采用脉动流模拟循环装置,设定模拟心输出量为4L/min,模拟心率为75次/分,观察5种心室驱动曲线对机械瓣平均跨瓣压差(ΔP)、有效瓣口面积(EOA)、关闭量(CLV)和泄漏量(LKV)的影响。结果生理范围内,心室驱动曲线形态上的改变,对测试瓣膜的ΔP可产生2.9%的变异,EOA的变异为1.5%,CLV为6.6%,LKV为3.6%。结论机械瓣的流体动力学性能受心室驱动曲线的影响,从而对瓣膜流体动力学性能评价的客观性和可比性产生不利作用。 Objective To study the effect of cardiac ventricle driving curve on hydrodynamic performance of mechanical valve prostheses under physiological condition,and provide experimental data for evaluating the hydrodynamic characteristics of mechanical valvular prostheses. Methods Utilizing the mimic pulsatile flow system and setting mimic cardiac output at 4 L/min and heart rate at 75 r/min,to evaluate the mean transvalvular pressure gradient (AP) ,effective orifice area (EOA), closure volume (CLV)and leak volume (LKV). Results The change of shape and voltage of cardiac ventricle driving waves within physiological condition showed 2.9 % variance of △P,1.5 % of EOA ,6.6 % of CLV,and 3.6 % of LKV. Conclusion The alteration of the driving way of cardiac ventricle has a certain effect on the hydrodynamic performance of mechanical valve prosthesis, thereby leads to an adverse effect on the evaluation of objectivity and comparability.
