摘要
针对18E390VA型柴油机能正车不能倒车起动的故障现象,阐述了柴油机起动和换向系统各部件故障判断与检查的方法和步骤,具体分析了滑油分配器单向阀损坏使柴油机不能正常换向的成因,最后对该型柴油机换向和起动系统提出了几点使用和改进建议。
Based on the troubles on 18E390VA diesel engine, the paper analyses procedures of inspection of the starting system and reversing system in diesel engine and gives the trouble reasons. Methods on repair am also introduced in details besides some suggestion on the daily maintenance and management.
