摘要
目的探讨妊娠期急性阑尾炎的临床特点及诊治原则。方法对36例妊娠期急性阑尾炎患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果36例患者中有28例行手术治疗,8例行保守治疗。并发先兆流产4例,先兆早产2例,胎儿窘迫3例,均为化脓穿孔性阑尾炎患者。结论妊娠引起解剖、生理、病理的改变,掌握妊娠早、中、晚期合并急性阑尾炎的特点,在处理上外科医师应与产科医师互相配合,强调早期诊断,及时手术治疗,可防止流产和早产的发生。
Objective Study on the clinical characterisitics and principal of treatment for pregnancy with acute appendicitis.Methods The diagnosis and treatment for 36 cases of pregnancy complicated with acute appendicitis were retrospectively evaluated.Results Operation was put on 28 patients. Reserved treatment was apphed,on 8 patients. There were 2 patients with threatened abortion and 2 patients with threatened premature delivery and 3 patients with fetal distress.They were all patients with suppurative appendicitis and perforative appendicitis. Conclusion Pregnancy will lead to women＇s transformation in dissection ,physilogy、pathology. physilogy、 pathology.Grasping the feature of acute appendicitis in early, midtem, late pregnancy. Surgeon must be cooperation with obstetrician. Putting.Stress on early-diagnose,having operation in time, can avoid theoccurrence of abortion and pre-mature effectively.
