血管内皮生长因子在大肠癌围手术期的临床意义 被引量:1

The investigation of perioperative clinical significance of serum vascular endothelial growth factors level in patients with colorectal carcinoma

摘要 目的测定大肠癌患者围手术期血清血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的动态变化,探讨其临床应用价值。方法采用ELISA法测定大肠癌患者围手术期的血清VEGF的含量。结果对39例大肠癌患者术前、术后进行完整检测并分析得出结果。手术前与手术后VEGF平均水平的变化趋势及相互关系:术前(481.1±163.2)pg/ml、术后3天(374.1±119.7)pg/ml、术后7天(297.5±121.4)pg/ml、术后10天(199.4±95.1)pg/ml各组之间存在明显差异(P<0.05)。结论VEGF对大肠癌诊断、分期、预后的判断有重要的临床意义,并可作为大肠癌诊断、分期、预后判断的肿瘤标志物。 Objective To evaluate the clinical application value by observing the dynamic changes of VEGF in patients with colorectal carcinoma before and after operation. Methods The serum VEGF was determined by ELISA during operation. Results The serum VEGF level of 39 patients with colorectal carcinoma before and after the operation were analyzed. There were significant difference among before operation, after operation 3d, 7d and 10d (p 〈 0.05). Conclusion VEGF is of important significance for diagnosis, stage and prognosis of colorectal carcinoma. VEGF can be a tumor marker for diagnosis, stage and prognosis of colorectal carcinoma.
