摘要
为了补救色织织轴在织造过程中出现的倒断头,通过不断实践,在白织织轴接头纱的基础上,根据不同色织织轴倒断头的特点,先后开辟了"用筒脚上稀浆补头法"、"单纱上浆小样机上浆补头法"、"经轴、织轴多头补头法"、"浆纱倒轴补头法"、"穿筘把关法"、"织造反馈法"等补头方法,并介绍了补头纱的相关要求,有效地保证了色织织轴的正常织造。
In order to supplement the ends of yam-dyed weaving beam sleepers and based on beam ends tying-in of grey weaving and according to different characteristics of the sleepers of yam-dyed weaving beams, methods of supplementing ends are created via successively producing practices, such as ＂Giving thin size upon the yams of same cutting remnants＂, ＂Sizing by single-end sizing machine＂, ＂ Adding ends onto the warp beam and weaver＇s beam＂, ＂Backing beam while sizing＂, ＂Holding the pass on drawing-in process＂ , ＂Feeding back upon weaving＂ and so on. Requirements related to the supplement-end yarn are stated too. All these effectively ensure a normal yam-dyed beam weaving.
