摘要
介绍了直埋热水管道应力分析理论。从管道的屈服温差、单位长度摩擦力、直管段锚固段的强度、钢管椭圆化变形、水平转角管段的应力、疲劳破坏、局部屈曲、聚氨酯泡沫塑料保温层的剪切强度的设计计算分析了大管径热水管道直埋设计中的主要问题。
The stress analysis theory of directly buried hot-water heating pipeline is introduced. The main problems existing in directly buried design of large-diameter hot-water heating pipeline are analyzed in aspects of yield temperature difference of pipe, friction per unit length, strength of anchoring section of straight pipe, elliptical deformation of steel pipe, stress of horizontal corner section, fatigue fracture, local bending, design calculation of shear strength of polyurethane foam insulation layer and so on.
