摘要
差序格局本来是分析中国传统社会的人际关系的,这里用来分析现代社会学校组织中的人际关系。按照这种方式进行分析,可以得出这样的结论:时间的流失没有降低差序格局对我国组织内部人际关系的解释力度,只是这种"差序格局"和正式组织的结构结合在一起,形成一种"拟差序格局",也就是说,现在学校成员的行为既受我国传统的人际关系格局的影响,也受正式组织结构的影响。
Originally applied in analyzing the interpersonal relationships in the traditional Chinese society, "deference order setup" is used here to analyze those in the school organizations of modem society. Analysis by this method can lead to the conclusion that the passage of time hasn't weakened the explanation of the interpersonal relationships within the organizations of our country, but the combination of "deference order setup" and the formal organization has resulted in "the similar deference order setup". It means that now the behavior of school staff is influenced both by the traditional social relation setup and formal organization structure.
