摘要
目的评价ODI在判断上下颌骨垂直关系中的应用价值。方法选择恒牙错患者98例,通过X线头影测量,选用Downs分析法进行ODI与SN-MP、S-GO/N-Me、ANS-Me/N-Me的对比分析。结果ODI与AB-NP角以及T-MP角、┻-APOG有关。结论ODI能够较为综合地反映颅骨、颌骨及牙齿垂直关系,诊断特异性较好,但多项评价垂直关系的测量指标综合使用,可提高诊断的准确性。
Objective To assess the value of ODI, which is used to judge the vertical relationship between maxilla and mandible. Methods Downs analysis method has been used to compare ODI with SN - MP, S - GO/N - Me ＆ ANS - Me/N - Me respectively on cephalometric analysis of 98 malocclusion sufferers. Results ODI is relevant to AB - NP angle, T - MP angle and ⊥ - APOG. Conclusion Compared with SN - MP, S - GO/N - Me or ANS - Me/N - Me, ODI can reflect the vertical relationship among skull, jaws and teeth better, and then can improve the diagnostic specificith. If ODI, together with SN - MP, S - GO/N - Me and/or ANS - Me/N - Me, has been used, the precision of diagnosis can be further improved.
