摘要
推进社会主义新农村建设必须加强对农民的教育,培养新型农民。培养社会主义新型农民必须结合农业、农村、农民的具体情况,坚持物质利益原则、农民主体性原则、民主平等原则。培养社会主义新型农民,应该具体做到:加大农村教育力度,提高农民的综合素质;加强农村基层干部队伍建设,培养新型农民的带头人;开展丰富多彩的宣教活动,倡导社会新风尚,提高新型农民的思想道德水平;大力推进农村民主法制建设,提高新型农民的民主法律意识。
To push the building of new socialist countryside, the education on farmers should be strengthened and new-type farmers should be cultivated. To cultivate socialist new-type farmers, the specific situations of agriculture, countryside and peasants should be combined with, and the principles of material interests, farmers＇ identity, and principles of democracy and equality should be insisted. To cultivate socialist new-type farmers, the following should be achieved： strengthening education in rural areas, enhancing peasants＇ comprehensive qualities; strengthening the construction of cadre＇ s group at the grassreots level in the rural areas and developing leaders for new-type farmers ; carrying out colorful publicity and education activities and advocating new social fashion to elevate farmers＇ ideological and moral levels ; advancing the construction of democracy and legislation in rural areas so as to improve new-type farmers＇ democratic and legal consciousness.
