摘要
大学生社团活动是高校一道亮丽的风景线,在活跃校园文化、加强学生自我教育、引导学生适应社会、促进学生成才就业等方面发挥着重要的作用。其中,学术类、理论类、兴趣类及公益类等社团又因其活动内容的不同,在高校育人中有不同的侧重。学术类社团则在高校学风建设中扮演着重要的角色,直接推动了专业教育、创新教育与自主就业、同伴教育与榜样教育。针对学术类社团发展中存在的问题,高校要进一步重视社团外部环境建设、指导社团健全内部管理机制,在社团的健康、稳步发展中充分发挥其育人优势。
The activities of college student associations is a splendid view in colleges and universities, which is of great importance in activating college culture, strengthening students＇ self-education, directing students to be suitable for the society, and improving students＇ employment. Academic, theoretical, interest and commonweal associations have different emphasis in talent training according to the difference of their activities. Among these associations, academic associations plays an important role in the construction of the style of study in the colleges, which direcdy pushes specialty education, innovative education, education on finding jobs on their own, peer education, and model education. Focusing on the problems existing in the development of academic associations, colleges should pay more attention to the construction of outer environment and guide the associations to perfect inner administrative mechanism, so as to develop their advantages in talent education during its healthy and steady development.
