摘要
在遗传学实验教学中,数码显微互动和多媒体技术将现代信息技术与实验教学相结合,发挥多媒体技术突破时空的限制,以形象的画面展示教学内容,实现师生互动,共享清晰的图像,消除了师生之间在显微图像上的沟通障碍,使教师能够高效率地对全体或个别学生给予指导或帮助,为学生思维的拓展提供了新的、更为广阔的空间。另外,计算机强大的图像处理和保存功能也会极大地激发学生实验兴趣,提高实际操作能力。
The digital microscope mutual system is combined with modem information technology in the genetics experiment teaching, Digital images can be shared between teachers and students. Therefore, digital microscopic mutual system can overcome the obstacle in mutual communication on microscopic image between teachers and students. The acquired image information can be stored through net- work system for the real time share of image and information in different locations. Further more, the teacher can instruct the students efficiently, This system provides a practically effective approach to genetics teaching.
