摘要
本文就目前上海市的机动车拥有量及环境质量状况作了介绍,并就历史的机动车排污量变化及机动车排污控制目标进行了分析。最后,提出了机动车排污控制的基本设想。
The number of motor vehicle in use and the present environment quality in Shanghai are introduced in this paper. The historical changes about motor vehicle emission and emission control target are analyzed. Finally, some suggestions on emission control are offered.
