摘要
研究了白炭黑对POE硫化胶补强性能的影响。结果表明,POE随着交联程度的增加,力学性能逐渐下降;白炭黑对POE硫化胶补强效果显著,其用量20份以上时,拉伸强度、撕裂强度较高,扯断永久变形率明显降低。
The porperties of POE reinforced with silica were studied in this paper. The experiment showed that with the increase of the crosslinking degree, the mechnical properties of POE were decreased;silica played an effective role in reinforcing the vulcanized POE, when silica content is more than 20% ,the tensile strength and tearing strength of POE were very high,and the elongation at break decreased obviously.
