摘要
本文介绍了一种测定新型非甾体抗炎药吓恶丙嗪人血浆浓度的反相高效液相色谱法。以Ｈｙ－ｐｅｒｓｉｌＯＤＳ为分离柱，甲醇∶水（７５∶２５）为流动相，紫外检测波长２８５ｎｍ。该法快速、灵敏、精确度高、重现性好，可有效地应用于该药的临床药学研究。
Oxaprozin (Oxap) is a new non steroidal anti inflammatory drug.To measure plasma concentration of oxap,a HPLC assay was established.Hypersil ODS was used as the stationary phase,mobile phase was methanol water (75∶25v/v).The detector wavelength was 285nm.This rapid and sensitive HPLC method is valuable for use in research of clinical pharmacy.
