摘要
以钛本文首次分析了马尾松树皮中的挥发油成分。马尾松树皮经干燥后粉碎,用无水乙醇浸提,然后用环己烷萃取得环己烷部分,采用常规水蒸汽蒸馏法提取其挥发油,得油率为0.3%。采用气相色谱/质谱法分离鉴定出72个峰,确认了其中29种成分,采用峰面积归一法进行定量分析,所鉴定的组分占总峰面积的73.91%。
The bark of pinus massoniana lamb was dried and hammer milled to granulometry in the laboratory. Then, the powder was extracted by ethanol and the thickened solution was extracted with cyclohexane. The essential oil was obtained by steam distillation, then dried by using the Na2S and the yield is 0.5%. Then separated by capillary gas chromatography, and 72 components were separated by GC/MS. Among them, 29 compounds were identified, their relative contents of constituents account to 73.91% of the total bark area.
