摘要
为提高建设单位实施会议系统工程管理的水平,使会议系统工程的费用目标、进度目标和质量目标得以实现。本文针对会议系统工程建设不同阶段的特点进行了分析,提出了会议系统工程建设各阶段中,建设单位管理的控制要点。
In order to improve the construction departments work of conference system project management, achive the aim on expense, progress and quality of conference system project. The article proposed the main points of constructs departments management work in the conference system project construction, which based on analysing every stage of the conference system project construction.
