摘要
目前中国行政成本世界第一,而且呈较快增长态势,究其原因,疏于监管流于形式是最重要的因素之一。畸形膨胀的行政成本严重影响经济的发展,应进一步加强中国政府行政成本管理,加大监管力度。
At present the government administration cost of our country is in first all over the world, moreover the scale of it is growing quickly. Analyzing its reason, it is one of most important factors that the supervision of the People Congress is weak. The abnormally increasing of the government administration cost will influence seriously the development of economy. It is essential to strengthen the management of the government administration cost of our country. The effective way is to strengthen the supervision of the People Congress.
