摘要
分析了食用油火灾的危险性,指出了食用油灭火的机理,提出了厨房灭火装置的选用原则,达到减少火灾损失、促进厨房专用灭火装置发展的目的,为同行设计厨房专用灭火设备提供参考。
The fire risk of oil was analyzed and the extinguishing mechanism of oil fire was pointed out. The principle of selecting kitchen fire extinguishing equipment was provided to reduce kitchen fire loss and speed up the development of fire extinguishing equipment especially for kitchen fires. References for designing fire extinguishing equipment especially for kitchen fires have been provided.
