隐性课程与大学生的素质教育

摘要 隐性课程就是校园文化的存在形式。它是指教学过程中的环境因素,它包括物态环境和精神环境。隐性课程在对大学生进行素质教育中起着不可忽视的重要作用。优化学校的物态环境主要是对校容校貌的美化、绿化、净化、活化。校园精神环境时学生的思想观念、心理素质、行为方式及价值取向都产生深刻的影响。隐性课程中校园文化对培养学生的高素质都起着"润物细无声"的教育作用。 Hidden curriculum is the form of campus culture. It refers to the environmental factors in the process of teaching, including the material environment and the spiritual environment. Hidden curriculum plays an important role which can not be ignored in quality education of college students. Optimizing the material environment is mainly the landscaping, afforesting, purifying and activating the outlook in campus. The spiritual environment in campus has profound influence on the students' thinking, psychological qualities, behavior and values. Campus culture in hidden curriculum plays a virtual and potential role in cultivating high quality students.
