摘要
教育督导深入教学第一线听课、评课,而且参加全院的教学检查、质量评估以及“评建”工作,在教学工作及其质量监控中发挥了积极的作用。主要为:一是深入课堂,开展听课、评教活动,二是深入各系、部,进行教学质量检查、评估;三是参与“评建”工作的督促检查,四是督导青年教师培训提高工程。这些工作,都对学院的教学管理和质量监控起了积极重要的作用。
The thorough teaching forefront of the teaching councilor＇ s room listens to lesson and review lesson, and attend teaching check, quality valuation and ＂review to set up＂ work of whole hospitalses and developped positive effect in the teaching the work and its quality face control.
