摘要
以联苯四甲酸二酐(BPDA)和对苯二胺(PDA)为单体,通过低温聚合反应合成了超高分子量的聚酰胺酸,其特性黏度为7.6 dL/g。力学性能测试表明由这种高分子量聚酰胺酸亚胺化形成的聚酰亚胺薄膜的拉伸强度高达960 M Pa,比工业化产品几乎高出一倍。
A series of high molecular weight PI precursors, poly (p-phenylene biphenylte- tracarboxamide acid), were synthesized from 3, 4, 3', 4'-biphenyltetracarboxylic dianhydride (BPDA) and p-Phenylenediamine (PDA)by using intense mechanical stirring at - 15 ℃ to 10 ℃, among the as-synthesized poly(amic acid)s, the highest intrinsic viscosity of the poly(amic acid) s was 7. 6 dL/g. The as-synthesized PI precursor solution was used to make BPDA/PDA polyimide thin films by solution cast and heat imidization. The high molecular weight BPDA/PDA PI thin film possesses a high tensile strength of up to 960 MPa, which almost doubles that of the commercially available BPDA/PDA PI thin film.
