摘要
通过对内江师范学院健美操选修班随机抽取的200名二年级女大学生进行为期一年的跟踪调查与实验,对持续参加健美操锻炼的女大学生锻炼前后心理健康部份评价指标进行心理学测试。结果表明:健美操学习对提高女大学生的心理健康水平具有显著的效果。
Through one-year follow-up survey and experiment on two hundred randomly-collected second-grade college girls who had chosen aerobics as their optional course ,two tests in measuring their mental health index were taken among them separately before and after their persistent training .The results indicate that the positive effects are obvious in enhancing their mental health by aerobic exercise.
