安贺拉滴眼液治疗兔干眼症的免疫病理学研究

摘要 目的观察安贺拉滴眼液应用于兔干眼症治疗的免疫病理学变化,初步探讨安贺拉滴眼液治疗干眼症的可能机制。方法新西兰白兔20只,制作碱烧伤干眼模型,随机分为对照组和安贺拉组,分别滴生理盐水和安贺拉滴眼液。用药4周后应用印迹细胞学和免疫病理学方法检测结膜杯状细胞密度、MUC5AC阳性细胞率和炎性细胞浸润密度。结果对照组结膜炎性细胞浸润密度高于安贺拉组,安贺拉组杯状细胞密度和MUC5AC阳性细胞率均大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论安贺拉滴眼液可以降低兔眼表的炎症反应,促进杯状细胞增殖,在干眼症治疗方面具有一定的应用前景。 Objective To discuss the mechanism of ketorolac tromethmine eye drops in rabbits dry eye with alkali burns in conjunctiva by observing the immunopathologic process after it was used. Methods Twenty rabbit models were established by burning with alkali in conjunctiva, and then divided into two groups randomly: the experimental group treated with ketorolac tromethmineeye drops and the control group treated with saline. By using immunopathologic techniques and impression cytology test, density of goblet cell, positive rate of MUC5AC and density of inflammatory cell in conjunctiva were studied the 4th week after drug used. Result The density of goblet cell, and positive rate of MUC5AC in experimental group was higher than that of control group and lower in the density of inflammatory cell ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Ketorolac tromethmine eye drops can reduce ocular surface inflammation and increase the number of goblet cells in rabbits, suggesting it is valuable to dry eye.
