摘要
将成分为Ga46Fe23Cu23Si8,Ga50Co25Cu25,Ga46V23Ni23Si8的合金放在抽真空的石英玻璃管中熔融后水淬,二十面体准晶首先形成,接着是十重对称准晶,最后形成的是准晶的晶体近似相。二十面体准晶和十重准晶在730℃长时间退火后消失,但在加热到830℃后十重准晶重新出现,而在730℃进行再次退火后重新消失。加热过程的差热分析曲线表明,800℃附近存在一个吸热峰,这对应着晶体相向十重准晶的转变。所有这些实验结果都证实这些合金中的十重准晶在800℃以上是稳定的。
During water quenching from the melt in fused silica tubes, the icosahedral quasicrystal (IQC) solidified first appeared, then the decagonal quasicrystal (DQC), and finally the crystalline approximants in these alloys. Both IQC and DQC disappeared after annealing at 730℃. However, the DQC reappeared after a further annealing at 830℃, but disappeared again after the secondary annealing at 730℃. On heating pocess, the differential thermal analysis curve showed a peak at about 800℃., corresponding to the formation of DQC from its approximants. These evidences prove that the DQC in these alloys is a stable phase above 800℃. The orientation relationship among them are: IQC fivefold axis//DQC tenfold axis//Approximant.
