摘要 The effect of Trichoderma.harzianum on the cucumber seedlings were determined The results showed that photosynthesis rate and chlorophyll content of cucumber seedlings were enhanced,but there was no change in respiration rate.Utilization efficiency of nitrogen fertilizer and Kalium were enhanced.The activity of β-1,3-glucosidase and POD of cucumber were increased,resulting in a higher resistance to diseases.
