摘要
采用单滴液相微萃取与气相色谱测定水中的酞酸二甲酯(DMP)和酞酸二丁酯(DBP)。考察了萃取溶剂、萃取时间及搅拌速度等因素对萃取结果的影响,确定最佳萃取条件为:3mL水样放置于4mL样品瓶中,以600r/min速度进行磁力搅拌,萃取20min。该方法对酞酸二甲酯和酞酸二丁酯的富集倍数为228和318,检出限为1.4和0.8μg/L,相对标准偏差为9.4%和6.4%。对地表水、污水和海水的加标回收率DMP在94.5%~99.3%,DBP在87.0%~102%之间。
Single drop microextraction coupled with gas chromatography was developed for the determination of phthalic esters in water. Extraction solvent, extraction time and stirrer speed were optimized. Optimal experimental conditions were as follows: 2 μL toluene microdrop exposed for 20 min in a 3 mL aqueous sample placed in 4 mL vial and stirred at 600 r/min. The Concentrated factor Of dimethyl phthalate and dibutyl phthalate ranged between 228 and 318. The RSDs% of the proposed method varied between 9.4% and 6.4%. The limits of detection were 1.4 μg/L and 0.8 μg/L, respectively. The recoveries for surface water, wastewater and sea water were in range of 94.5 % - 99.3 % for DMP and 87.0% - 102% for DBP.
