摘要
针对医院中存在的各种职业性损伤,对2005届和2006届实习返校的护生进行职业防护知识的问卷调查比较,发现进行了岗前职业防护教育的护生,其职业防护意识和能力均有显著性的增强(P<0.01)。结果表明加强实习护生岗前职业防护教育是很有必要的。
Due to the various occupational injuries in hospital, nurse students of 2005 and 2006 were investigated about the occupational protection by a questionnaire. It was found that the students who had been given pre-job training on occupational protection had higher occupational protection consciousness and abilities than those who hadn＇t been given the training （P〈0.01）. The result suggested that it is necessary to strengthen pre-job training on occupational protection among nurse students.
