摘要
目的:了解环磷酰胺静脉冲击治疗(CTX-PT)儿童激素耐药型肾病综合征疗效。方法:观察15例激素耐药型肾病综合征,采用CTX-PT及配伍泼尼松治疗的疗效。结果:15例患儿中完全缓解8例,部分缓解3例,未缓解4例。总缓解率为73.3%。结论:CTX-PT治疗激素耐药型肾病综合征临床疗效较好。
Objective To investigate the effect of cyclophosphamide pulse therapy（CTX-PT） on the children with steroid-resistant nephrotic syndrome. Methods 15 children with steroid-resistant nephrotic syndrome, treated with CTX-PT, were tested. Results The efficacy of 15 children with steroid-resistant nephrotic syndrome, received CTX- PT, experienced 8 complete remission（53.3%）,3 partial remission（20.0%）,4 without remission（26.6%）. The total remission was 73.3%. Conclusion The CTX-PT would have better effects on the children with steroid-resistant nephrotic syndrome.
