摘要
目的:探讨真菌性鼻窦炎的临床及CT的特征性表现。方法:分析15例经手术病理证实的真菌性鼻窦炎的CT及临床表现。结果:真菌性鼻窦炎的临床表现有:女性11例(73.3%),病程3年以内13例(86.7%),涕血15例,头痛10例;CT表现有:单侧鼻窦发病14例(93.3%),1例累及双侧,以上颌窦为主,15例均见窦腔内软组织增生影(100%),内可见点状,结节状钙化,2例窦腔增大,骨质破坏。结论:真菌性鼻窦炎的临床表现特征性明显,CT表现有特异性,CT对该病的诊断有重要价值。
Objective To study clinical features and CT diagnosis of fungus infection of paranasal sinuses. Methods Clinical features and CT findings in 15 patients with fungus infection of paranasal sinuses proved surgically and pathologically were analyzed. Results Clinical features of fungus infection of paranasal sinuses included：female in 11 cases（73.3%）, course of disease 〈 3 years in 13 cases （86.7%）, haem-nasal discharge in all patients（100%）,headache in 10 cases （66.7%）; CT findings of this disease： unilateral involved in 14 cases （93.3%）, both sides involved in 1 case, maxillary sinus was mainly affected, the soft tissue within paranasal sinuses presented as hyperplasia in all patients （100%）, and there were some punctuated and tubercular calcification inside, sinus cavity enlarged and the bone wall was destroyed in 2 cases. Conclusion Clinical features of fungus infection of paranasal sinuses are significant, CT manifestations are of characteristics, CT scan is of important value in diagnosing this disease.
