摘要
经济全球化总是在曲折中深入发展。尽管全球化对发达国家和发展中国家的效应均是利弊兼而有之,但前者无疑是最大的赢家,而后者则面临更大的挑战和风险。全球化发展进程中出现问题的症结在于现行国际经济体系不合时宜和全球化管理方式存在问题,国际社会需积极应对,采取标本兼治的综合性方案,以推进经济全球化的持续、健康发展。
Economic globalization is always further developing amid twists and turns.Though the effects of globalization on the developed and developing countries are both a combination of advantages and disadvantages,the former is undoubtedly the biggest winner,while the latter is facing greater challenges and risks.The crux of problems that appear during the course of globalization is in the outdated current international economic system and the shortcomings of the globalization management mode.The international community needs to respond positively and adopt comprehensive approaches by addressing both the symptoms and root cause,to promote the sustained and healthy development of economic globalization
