摘要
精准农业是以信息为基础,利用传感器及现代先进的监测技术,完整、准确、及时的了解土地和作物的详细数据,结合精确时空统计分析,及时迅速的做出决策的一种农业管理系统。在介绍精准农业的内涵及其基本技术组成的基础上,进一步论述了中国现今精准农业的研究现状及其存在的主要问题。(1)不同地区经济发展水平差异较大,农业资金缺乏;(2)适用精准农业上的专用品种及肥料的开发滞后;(3)由于其他方面的制约,经营管理水平较低。并由此指出中国精准农业今后的发展方向,对中国发展具有中国特色精准农业提出了相应的对策建议,即为第一阶段为引进、试验、示范阶段;第二阶段将试验示范工作扩展到大型国营农场和小型农户,即抓一大一小,大小并举,特别要主要在小型农户中实施精准农业的概念和方法,进一步探索规律和积累经验;第三阶段在多点试验示范基础上,形成中国特色的“精准农业模式”,并在部分地区形成实用化和产业化。
