摘要 目的观察急性冠脉综合征(ACS)患者血清粒细胞-巨噬细胞集落刺激因子(GM-CSF)水平的变化,并进一步探讨与内皮损伤及血小板活化之间的关系。方法采用液相竞争放射免疫法检测38例急性冠脉综合征患者(其中不稳定型心绞痛患者20例、急性心肌梗死患者18例)、20例稳定型心绞痛患者及20例正常对照组血清GM-CSF浓度,用酶联免疫双抗体夹心法测定其血浆血管性血友病因子(vWF)及P-选择素含量。结果ACS患者血清GM-CSF、血浆P-选择素、vWF的水平明显高于稳定型心绞痛患者及正常对照组(P均<0.01),急性心肌梗死患者的上述指标亦明显高于不稳定型心绞痛患者(P<0.01)。ACS患者血清GM-CSF分别与血浆P-选择素、vWF呈正相关(r=0.588及r=0.579;P均<0.01)。结论急性冠脉综合征患者血清GM-CSF浓度升高,可能与急性冠脉综合征患者血小板的激活、内皮损伤及血栓形成有关。 Objeodve To investigate the level of granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor (GM-CSF) in serum of patients with acute conoary syndrome (ACS), and it's relationship with platelet activation and endothelial dysfunction. Methods Serum GM-CSF was measured by radio-immunology assay in 38 patients with ACS , 20 platients with stable angina pectoris(SAP) and 20 people normal control(NC) , Plasma P-selectin and yon Willebrand factor (vWF) were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Results The levels of GM- CSF,P-selectin and vWF were significantly elevated in patients with ACS group as compared with SAP group and NC group (P〈0.01). GM-CSF was positively related with P-selectin and vWF (r=0.583,r=0.574 P〈0.01) in ACS group. Conclusions The level of serum GM-CSF is elevated in patients with ACS, which may be related to the platelet activation ,endothelial dysfunction and thrembopoiesis .
