摘要
目的建立HPLC法测定盐酸溴己新注射液中盐酸溴己新含量。方法以十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂,以0.025mol·L^-1磷酸二氢钾溶液（用磷酸调节pH值至3.0）-乙腈（60∶40）为流动相,检测波长为249 nm。结果盐酸溴己新线性范围为0.0198-0.990μg;回收率为99.35%。结论该方法专属性高,准确,可靠,可有效控制制剂的质量。
Aim To establish a method for determination of bromhexine hydrochloride by HPLC in bromhexine hydrochloride injection. Methods The chromatographic column was shim-park CLC-ODS, the mobile phase was 0. 025 mol · L^-l potassium dihydrogen phosphate（ pH = 3.0 ）- acetonitrile（ 60：40）, and UV detection was performed at 249 nm. Results The linear range was0. 0198 - 0.990 μg for bromhexine hydrochloride, and the average recovery was 99.35%. Conclusion This method is accurate , reliable as well as specific and can be used to determine the content of bromhexine hydrochloride.
