摘要
目的观察自拟方异孕Ⅰ号方、异孕Ⅱ号方口服,通络灌肠颗粒保留灌肠配合甲氨喋呤(MTX)治疗异位妊娠的临床疗效。方法将65例输卵管异位妊娠患者分为两组(治疗组33例,对照组32例)。治疗组先后予以异孕Ⅰ号方、异孕Ⅱ号方口服及通络灌肠颗粒保留灌肠同时配合甲氨喋呤肌肉注射;对照组只采用异孕Ⅰ号方、异孕Ⅱ号方口服及通络灌肠颗粒治疗,观察两组疗效。结果治疗组治愈率87.89%,高于对照组65.63%(P<0.05);血β-HCG降至正常的时间及包块吸收时间均短于对照组(P<0.01);阴道出血停止时间显著快于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗能显著提高异位妊娠保守治疗的成功率。
Aim To observe the clinical effects of traditional Chinese medicine taken orally united with methotrexate （MTX） for treatment of estopic pregnancy. Methods A total of 65 cases of tubal estopic pregnancy were randomly divided into two groups （ 33 cases of treatment group,32cases of control group） ,33 cases were treated with combination of taking orally traditional Chinese medicine YiYun Ⅰ then YiYun Ⅱ successively and dredging collaterals retention granule enema,and the muscular injection of methotrexate, while 32 cases were treated with the above therapy except the injection of methotrexate. The clinical effects of the two groups were observed. Results The curative rate in the treatment group is 87.89%, which was higher than that of the control group,65.63% （P 〈 0.05 ）. The duration of blood β-HCG decreasing to negtive station and cyst disappearing was shorter than those of the contol group（P 〈 0.01 ）. The speed of vaginal bleeding ceasing was more rapidly than that of the contol group obviously （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and west medicine can increase the curative rate of estopic pregnacy obviously.
