The Choice of Gas for Resuscitation of Asphyxia of Newborns

摘要 运用纯氧复苏易导致高氧血症,引发一系列氧化应激损伤,可能对新生儿具有一定的危害性。国外部分学者对以空气作为窒息新生儿复苏的气源进行了研究,并通过动物实验和临床实践论证了空气复苏可以达到与纯氧复苏相似甚至更好的效果。各大医学权威组织也开始重新审视新生儿复苏气源的选择问题。该文对近年来有关新生儿复苏气源选择的研究进展作一阐述。
